In order to strengthen the power for sales team, ESPE launched a series of training class for sales team with the joint of administration department & marketing department.
This project start from end of July take around 2 weeks,now it's just finished successfully.
Project was officially kicked-off at 9:00 on August 6th.
At begin, General manager Xiaoying Liu give a speech to welcome the new employment, and emphrasize that the joining of the new colleagues has injected fresh blodd and strong vitality into ESPE, and also hope that everyone will work hard on the new plarform, activily learn product, technology and skills to achieve goal of ESPE and personal. She also believe that with the joint effort, ESPE will be abale to create more brilliant results.
Then Mr Jia (markting director) from markting department gave a speech, analyized the current market dynamic and trends, and shared valuable industry insight. He emphasized that in the fierce market competition, only by contantly improving their professional quality and sales skills can one keenly capture market opportunities and meet customer needs. The new colleagues were deeply inspried by listening and had a clearer direction for future sales work.
The administration department give a lesson about Professional Congnition, which also include information about company, products, and career, cover theoretical learning and also practical exercises and case. Aiming to enable new colleague to master the company's development history, culture, rules and regulations, products knowledge, professional skills in a shortest possible time. At the same time, the plan also clarifies the assessment mechanim, and incetive measures, to ensure that new colleagues can maintain a high level for learning enthusiasm and initiative.
Other elites of ESPE just give lessens about the etiquette, product application environment, before-sales and safety solution for helping them quickly adapt to the work environment and interagte in to company.
Through the course training, the new employment have a deeper understaidng of ESPE company, product and sales positions. At the end of training, all attended people made a brief summary for the training class, share their learning results and future efforts.
At the end of this meeting, all teh staff took a group phot. This important moment was record, in fron tof the camera, everyone's face was filled with confidence and expectation.
