  How to monitor safety under complex environmental conditions? In places such as port, ships, mining area, steel processing/ heavy industry and transportation logistics, for example: there are complex environments such as strong light, smoke, steam, flying catkins, air impurities, welding sparks, splashing welding slag, and strict tempeatures in the protection area.

  As an accident occurred in a certain automobile factory. The investigation report on the mechanical injury accident in the welding workshop of the factory pointed out that the workers did not follow safety regulations during handover process. The night shift staff entered the dangerous area for cleaning, they did not hang the safety lock on the safety door. The morning shift worker ledt the area, they just start machine without checking wheather people in danger area.

  After starting the equipment, the night shift employee was squeezed by the machine. 

  Thinking: How to make up for the lack of manual inspection vision, effectively discover hidden risks in the dangerous areas, and how to prevent the equipment from being started after the door is closed, causing people to be trapped or injured by the machine.

  2 working modes can be used for different application scenarios. When the target is close to the danger, instrusion protection and restart protection can be perfomed. When nessary, the "static target detection" function can be activated to prevent the machine from restarting unexpectedly, ensuring higher safety in the dangerous area.

  The LRA7 series mm wavelength radar can be stted detection angles, stop zones, warning zones, shielding zones, and moving & stationary object and avoidance through terminal software.
